1. How do I delete my account?
To delete your profile permanently (this cannot be undone): 1. Go to the 'Profile & Settings' tab on Seen. 2. Tap 'Settings'. 3. Tap 'Delete Account'. 4. Confirm 'Delete Account'. As with other apps, simply removing, uninstalling or deleting the Seen app from your phone will not terminate your account entirely, you must follow the above steps to delete your profile. This action ensures all your content including photos, chat history, and member interactions have been deleted. To confirm your account has been deleted, you should be brought back to the registration page on the Seen app. If you try to log back in, it’ll automatically create a new account. This cannot be undone.
2. Looking to just take a break?
You can pause your account without losing your profile and matches. Check out our Pause feature, which allows you to hide your profile from new people without losing any matches or chats. To pause your account: 1. Go to the 'Profile & Settings' tab on Seen. 2. Tap 'Settings'. 3. Turn 'Pause' on. You can turn pause off whenever you’re ready.
